You've probably seen it before on web sites, store windows, and even
business cards - a message that states, "We love referrals". (Sometimes
love is replaced with the picture of a heart.)
Of course, just about every business loves referrals. Who wouldn't?
The question is whether that business has earned the right to get your
referrals. Have you recieved exceptional service? Is it a business you
would feel comfortable recommending to friends and neighbours?
Those are questions I'd like to ask you. You see, I build my business on
